J-ADD Residential Programs

J-ADD Residences

Under the direction of Scott Meyer, J-ADD's residential programs are individualized to meet the needs of each consumer. All programs are kosher and offer residents the opportunity to make important decisions about issues that effect their lives. Each program needs to meet rigid standards that are set by NJS's, Department of Human Services. J-ADD also employs various priniciples of Quality Assurance in order to ensure the highest level of care.

Self Advocacy

In order to ensure that our consumers have the ability to advocate for themselves, J-ADD's Coordinator of Clinical Services, Eric Fay leads self-advocacy meetings on a weekly basis.

Each meeting is recorded and the consumer chair presents his/her findings at future Board of Trustee meetings.
