STEP #1 We scan the days Races looking for our best opportunities. Bascially we are looking for races where our top selections are 5 to 10 points higher than all others. We try to be selective here limiting ourselves to 2 or 3 races on each card.

STEP #2 We compare the class levels to see how each rating was earned for all the entries in each race.

STEP #3 We number our top 3 Rated horses and see how they compare "class wise". We look to see to see if they are moving up or down in class.

STEP #4 At this point we already have a pretty good idea of our play, but now we fine tune and make adjustments. A switch to a top driver is also a strong plus. A switch to an unknown driver is the opposite, a weak play. If we've been careful selecting our races.
