Free orientation last Saturday of each month at 8:30 a.m.  Orientation gives people the opportunity to come to the Center, meet the instructors, learn its history, and experience some of the postures and breathing techniques. 

Open classes are for adults of all ages and, generally, all degrees of flexibility.  Over the years, we have found that everyone is at a different level of flexibility, and since Yoga is noncompetitive, we can give the basic instructions and then expand upon them as needed.

Women's yoga honors and reflects our cycles and moods.  Discussion time as we come together to support each other.

Satsung is open to everyone free of charge:  Sharing & discussion (30 min), chanting & practice in pranayama (30 min), relaxation &P meditation (30 min).  Satsung is held once a month.  Call for dates.

Bellydancing classes also available.  $40 for 4 weeks.  Call for dates.

Private and group classes available.  The following workshops can be scheduled at your location or at ours:  Luna, Patner Massage, Chakras, Back Care, Yoga Nidra, Earth, and Sun & Moon Salutations.

 

RATES

YOGA MONTHLY RATES:

1 month - 1 class per week        $40

1 month - unlimited                    $60

YOGA PACKAGES AVAILABLE:

3 months - 1 classes per week    $110

3 months - unlimited                    $170

MASSAGE:    $50 per hour

EAR CANDLING:    $25

Recommendations/Policies

Cancellation Policy  No refunds will be made unless there is a medical reason.  You are welcome to make up missed classes anytime during the month prior to expiration.

Safety Policy  No shoes or socks worn during yoga.  Sticky mats required.  Come on an empty stomach.

Promptness  Plan on being in the studio and ready for class 5-10 minutes before it starts.

Dress  Be comfortable.  We suggest knit fabrics, elastic waists and layers.  No perfume (to honor others).

Because yoga is meditative we ask that you honor yourself by lowering your eyes, focusing on your breath and sensations.  Going within, giving yourself this time to be still.. to be in the moment.  This is for you - feel the joy.
