The Administrative Staff at Namilyango College
serves to provide leadership and support for the school's academic and extracurricular activities. All three administrators work with teachers and students in a variety of ways including student activities, their welfare, discipline, and academic concerns. The administrative staff is assisted by head of departments.

Miss. Dorothy Matovu is Deputy Headmaster I in charge of accademics. She works with guidance to develop the academic schedule and with the College teaching staff Team to enhance continuous school improvement and staff development programs. She also directs student transportation and works with College drivers to assure safe transportation to and from school and extracurricular activities 
Mr. Sentongo John is Deputy Headmaster II incharge of teachers and students Welfare. He is also incharge of discipline and coordinates other activity schedules. All the house masters and other welfare departments report to him.
