May 10th 1pm | Making Mushroom Tea
Join local resident, Elaine Holmes, in the ancient healing art of Manchurian (mushroom) Tea! Elaine will demonstrate the simple steps to create this delicious drink and share the many positive effects it can have on your health. This session will be held at Woodlawn Nature Center.

Tai Chi is a relaxing form of gentle exercise associated with stress relief and health improvement. All ages are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing. This session will be held at Woodlawn Nature Center.

Due
to the rising cost of inflation and expenses for operating a not-for-profit
organization, fees for nature classes, pro-grams and workshops
will show a slight increase beginning in 2003. Members will always have free
admission to the center and most programs, as well as significantly
reduced fees for classes and workshops. We appreciate your understanding
and support.
