Welcome to the Conception Bay South Community Access Web Site. Established in 1997, the Community Access Center for the town is located in the Conception Bay South Public Library. This was made possible due to funding from the Canada/Newfoundland and Labrador Community Access Program (CNL-CAP). Their goal is to offer free Internet Access to the public in their community. As a result, this provides people to on-line access to government programs and services, education and training resources. The federal government partner in CNL-CAP is Industry Canada. CNL-CAP is administered by the provincial government partner, the Department of Education in cooperation with the Provincial Information and Library Resources Board
The Community Access Center for the town is located at the Conception Bay South Public Library. The C.B.S Library is located between the Town Hall and the Villa Nova Plaza in Manuels. They have six computers with Internet access with various software programs and also a public printer and scanner.
