NEW! Thanks to Louise who told us about this story. In a recent edition of Weddings in Style Idina Menzel was featured in a brief article. I have never seen these pictures before so I knew Idina fans would love it. For any of you who don't know she is married to Taye Diggs (Rent, How Stella Got Her Groove Back). In the San Francisco production Kristin Chenoweth went on even though she had to wear a neck brace for an injury. After showing Elphaba how to flip her hair she commented "Don't want to hurt your neck." The duo also had to change a choreographed scene to protect Kristin. It was amazing that she went on even when hurt and we appreciate it.
Kristin Chenoweth starred as Christine Daae in the almost unknown musical Phantom (Maury Yeston and book by Arthur Kopit). This is only exctiting because my brother and I are going to put on the Phantom this summer at a local theatre. Ben is hoping to get the Phantom. Wish us luck!
