Miltsar India (MIND), staged Krshnagaman, an ensemble of music and dance based on different aspects and events that took place around BC 3100 in the Indian subcontinent, at Mumbai and Delhi in November, 98. Krshn, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, the prominent Hindu deity has a significant place amongst Hindus all around the world. MIND intends to stage it again at various places of the country and abroad.
In the meanwhile MIND has come out with a melodies, rhythmic musical audio number on public demand which will be available to the devotees of Krshn very soon somewhere around 'Nav Varsha' the Hindu New Year in India i.e., on 18th of March 1999 onwards. It will be available in all the prominent temples and cassette outlets in the country and can be made available on demand.

The child Krshn is born, Vasudev takes him to Gokul. While leaving for Gokul he has to cross the river Yamuna. Yamuna on realising that the Lord of the Universe is going to pass through the river is desperate to pay obsession but could not reach to him. This resulted in the extreme disappointment and thus she turns violent as the waves obstruct Vasudev's way to Gokul. Ultimately Lord realises the whole situation and enables Yamuna to touch his tender lotus feet. The Yamuna subsides and Vasudev crosses the river. |
