Ramona joined the band in 2000, when she first met Ducky and Susan in the process of buying their house. I first started singing on Tuesday nights when the band played in nursing homes, with an occasional Saturday at the Chickenhouse, then began coming to the Chickenhouse regularly after her husband passed away in February 2002. Ramona has three children, Charlie, Jesse, and Rachel. Charlie lives in Richmond with his faithful dog, Max. Jesse is currently serving with the United States Marine Corp in Iraq, and Rachel still lives at home and is currently a senior at Manchester High School. Ramona is a member of Woolridge Road Church in Moseley, VA (Southern Baptist), where she plays in the Praise Band, lead an adult small group bible study, and work on a limited basis with the singles ministry.
