Lately, Snowball and Napoleon became very competetive, especially during the debates. They always assumed opposite positions. But of all their controversies, none was so bitter as the one that took place over the windmill.

Snowball declared that a windmill could be made to operate dynamos and supply the farm with electrical power. Within a few weeks, Snowball's plan for the windmill was fully worked out. Napoleon naturally took the opposite stance. The whole farm was divided over the matter.
