The Music: Brando hail from Bloomington, Indiana re-inventing 4-track rock to more sophisticated melodic emo indie pop. While 2000's "Peacocks on Linen" (smokeylung recordings) got the attention of many critics, it was 2001's "The Headless Horseman is a Preacher" (smokeylung) that garnered them more radio play and made them a bigger cult following. "Carbon Copies" is the first video for Brando and is featured on their latest CD release, "Single Crown Postcard" (mr. whiggs/recordhead). Check Brando out at www.lunamusic.net
The Cast: Brandon Conner is an actor, writer and director whose "split" personalities reflect a combined force of creative offerings on the stage and in film. His stagework includes performances with Wit's End and Feline Productions. "Riveting" claimed the San Francisco Chronicle for his performance in "The Glory of Living" (2003). Brandon starred in Jim Granato's films, "The Picnic" and "Atem" (both 1998) and has appeared in Maria Breaux's "I'd Rather Be...Gone" (2001), David Owen and Anderson Paul's "Stuck" (2003) & Bob Lucas' short film "Fags and a Pint" (2005).
