  • OTTO PRICE
Every once in a while, County Music produces an artist who sums up the very best qualities of everything, great sound, honest person, and inspiration to all is why Otto Price is considered such an artist. Country Music fans will take a lot of things before they will take phonies and Otto has a down-home sincerity they can feel and they have grown to admire. As Otto's and fellow Opry stars have all found out when Otto appears this tall, good-natured, easy moving, personable guys knows what country music is all about. A multi-talented star is Otto Price and he gives the extra bonus to the already sound performance of Echoes of the Ozarks. Otto can play the fiddle, guitar, upright bass, mandolin, and several other instruments. Once in a great while the audience in the Opry house will be put back and amazed at a solo that Otto will display for them so transmatically. As a showman on stage, he is without equal, for he is not merely a singer, but an entertainer with excellence. On April 3rd of 1998, Otto joined the ranks of music's greats through his introduction into the Webster County Opry. In addition to his fine playing, Otto's down-home way of talking to people help launch his career as a beloved Opry member. Opry stars are glad that Otto Price has found a home away from home at the Webster County Opry.
