We have dedicated this plaque to all of those good hearted people from the Monday Night Early League Bowlers that have been the back bone and the heart and soul of our Scholarship Fund from September 12, 1992 to December 20, 1999 these people took $52,000 in 50-50's. Yes that is right $26,000 went into our scholarship fund. Please we invite you to stop by the desk to see and read our plaque with the names of all our award winners from each year. And realize that these Children are getting the chance to get another year of schooling because of you!

Dear Parents,

Do you remember when you were a Child and it was Christmas and to be invited to Christmas party? It meant so much to you that you could not wait? Each Christmas your Alumni gives a party like none we have ever been invited to. This party entails a lot of work and money it is given for just our members Children and their Grand Children and it is free.

Each year the Alumni sends out a invitation to each of its members almost three weeks before the party asking them if they would like to bring their Children to the party? Inside the invite is a return addressed envelope to reply. Over the years most people that would not be able to make the party have returned the invite telling the Alumni that they could not attend.

In the past two years phone calls had to be made because many Invitations were not sent back. These members were asked if they would attend? Many that were asked replied that they would make the party. But sorry to say the day of the party did not show up.

This means the Alumni that works on this party almost a month a head of time. And tries to order everything so this will again be very special for each Child. With the cost of the mailing and the party it self averages out somewhere to about $1,300.00 to $1,5.00.00 a party.

It is very disappointing after so much work has been put into each party to see so many parents think so little to not even call or e-mail the Alumni to let them know that they will not make it to the party for what ever reason. Now the Alumni knows that other things do come up at the last minute but that is all it would take to let some one know.

Please let us know if you would like to be taken off the Christmas Party Mailing List. There may not any longer be little Children in your family to bring anymore. Please take a minute to let us know. Many thanks for your understanding and support in this matter.
