Griffey will sell plenty of seats for one lucky club .

LEAGUE OFFICE (Mar. 21) -- There is little doubt that Ken Griffey Jr. will be a member of the Charlotte T-Rays after this year's March draft. "I'm excited. I've spoken with John Rollins and I think the city would be a good place for me," Griffey told reporters. The T-Rays have the first pick in the draft, which will be held March 29th, at 10 PM EDT. At that time Griffey is expected to call a press conference, and meet with Rollins and other T-Rays executives to make the selection official. "This is a wonderful time for the fans in this area. After we lost the Dreams this season, we wanted a good team to root for. Griffey should make the T-Rays a fun club to watch," a fan commented.
