RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Never Boot Room!
2. If you need to boot while in tag it must be authorized/supervised by a Top Operative..OTHERWISE THERE IS NO BOOTING WHILE IN TERROR CLOAK. If its not terror cell related and you must boot DON'T DO IT IN YOUR Terror robes- change names then do the booting.
3. If any Terrorist needs help, then help them unless he or she is the cause of the fight, then he or she must do it alone, you cause a fight, then it’s your problem! Deal with it...
4. If you are asked to a private room by an Top Operative, then go.
5. Always try to reason verbally before having to use your force...Remember your here to help the rooms, and not to destroy them.......
6. Don’t Abuse your power of the group and your ranking status or use the group as a right to brag that you are better than anyone else because your NOT..
7. ALL Jr. Operatives will be on a 30 day probation period NO EXCEPTIONS. At the end of your probation, if you have proved your loyalty to the Terror Cell, then will you get access to programs, promotions and anything else. Nothing Till the probation period is up !!!..
8. You Are Not Required To Attend a meetings but we would ask that you do so, so you can be updated, and if you are not able to make a meeting you must make sure you leave an offline message or Email to an Top Operative.
9. All Jr. Operatives must be brought to the attention of one of the the Top Operatives of this Terror Cell. The Jr Operatives must join our rooms and hang out for a 2 week period so we can see how they interact with us and our allies. Jr Operatives will be told about the rules before they are even considered to be a member or permitted to join the Terror Cell, they must understand these rules prior to becomming a member. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 CAN JOIN.
10. NO LOCKING DOWN THE MIC !!!!! locking down the mic is just rude don't do it.....IF YOU NEED THE MIC DO NOT STEP ON SOMEONE TO GET IT....TYPE IN THE ROOM MIC PLZ....ITS THAT SIMPLE....ALWAYS SHOW RESPECT WHEN ASKING FOR THE MIC.
11. You dont have to run your Terror Name on available status but you must represent and suit up when the time is designated, DONT HIDE when your online.... be proud of your Terrorist Cell Name. If you need to run invisible let a high ranking member know that you are and why.
12. No Drama !!!!!!!!!!
13. Follow your chain of command, that is what it is there for, if no one is to be found then you have an option of making your own decision, but it better be the right one and it also better NOT be a reason for starting a war with any of our allies or any other group..
14. If you have a problem with one of your fellow Terrorist try to resolve it with him or her first. If that doesnt work or the person is unwilling to talk..then call a higher ranking member into the room to help resolve it.
15. Please keep your private love life out of the Terror Cell.
16. DISRESPECT TO TOP OPERATIVES OR MEMBERS is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated!!!!!!! People in this Terror Cell are here for a reason, give them the respect they deserve and they will respect you back, if you can't give them respect then you’re in the wrong place........
17. If you are brought to a room by an ally and are not a high ranking member...GET A HOLD OF ONE DO NOT TRY TO HANDLE THE SITUATION ON YOUR OWN.....you are there to (solve a problem). NOT!!! AND I REPEAT NOT!!! to create one. Make sure u check out the situation And if warranted take the neccessary action to assist the ally or Terrorist. If you need additional help contact other members for assistance.
18. If you are a member of another FAMILY, you must resign from that FAMILY before becomming a member of this Terror Cell. ABSOULTLY NO RUNNING A NAME FROM ANOTHER FAMILY, If you are in this Terror CellY its the only FAMILY tag u can be on.
19. NO CROSS TALKING IN BOXES ABOUT FELLOW TERRORISTS.
RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED BY ALL MEMBERS OF THIS TERROR CELL!!
Steps For Rule Breaking
ANY Top Operative with knowledge of the situation will meet in a private room to discuss the situation and make the neccessary decisions as to what type of punishment is to be given. Decisions will be by majority vote. The rules can be changed/updated at anytime by the creator or with the consent of all officers upon a majority vote.
1st offense- warning
2nd offense- Probation
3rd time- Out of Terror Cell
NOTE:If you are in a leadership position, You could lose a rank.
BACKSTABBING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED...
If you leave the CELL, you will not be allowed to return
