All dictations pass through the encryption process as they are being sent and retrieved from our FTP servers and all data are handled with extreme confidentiality by our professional team. We ensure strict compliance with the highest standards of confidentiality to protect the integrity of the informations' confidentiality. Your personal information and all your files are encrypted via a 128-bit algorithm in addition to the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all web transmissions. Such information are accessible only by you and our administrator.

2. What constitutes a line of transcription?

A 65-character line defined by any letter, number or symbol necessary for the content of a document, including the spaces, constitutes a single line.
