indoor practices
Indoor practices are currently taking place. All Junior players (aged 14-17) are welcome and encouraged to participate in regular practice.
WHEN: Saturdays
TIME: 3:00PM-4:30PM Women 4:30PM-6:00PM Men
WHERE: Champlain College Gym (900 Riverside Drive, St. Lambert)
outdoor practices
Outdoor practices will be underway shortly. We are hoping to be outside in April. All Junior players (aged 14-17) are welcome and encouraged to participate in regular practice.Please refer back for updates. When we will be outside our practices are:
Women: Mondays and Thursday 6:00PM-8:00PM
Men: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00PM-8:00PM
Where: Practices for all teams take place at Seaway Park (beside Champlain College). We meet at the bottom of Dulwich Ave.
