Me sitting in a van. What was the person like during this time?

During my high school years, which are not over, I have gone through some major changes. In 9th grade I was quite rebellious towards my dad. I didn’t want to do anything I was told to do. I never really talked to him much either, but instead talked to all my friends in school. I was angry all the time usually for no reason. I was a total girl as well. I hated getting dirty, especially my feet. Towards the end of my 9th grade year, however, my dad and I started studying the bible with Jehovah’s Witnesses and our lives started changing. Although it was a three year change for me I am no longer angry or rebellious. I talk to my dad when I have problems as well. I am actually a lot happier person than what I used to be, and I was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on April 5, 2009.

What were her dreams?

My dreams were still the same as before. I wanted to finish high school, go to college to be a veterinarian, and eventually start a family. Although my dreams did not change much when I became one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, they did change some. I still want to go to college, but instead of a University I want to go to a Community College, and instead of being a veterinarian I want to be a veterinarian technician.

Who were her friends?

My friends were many. Too many to name actually, but a few of my closest female friends were Latoya, Tori, Kim, and Kayla. Some of my closest male friends were Mikey, Ian, Chris, and Matt. Most of the friends I had in school I do not see anymore since I do not stay in touch with them since I started home-schooling beginning with my 10th grade year. My friends now are also too many to name. A few of my closest friends are Bekke, Amy, Olivia, Amanda, Kristina, Lois, Sarah, Shamar, Renee, Jessica, Mike, Carla, Neschelle, Ashley, Madison, and Steve in no particular order.

What did she like to do?

In 9th grade what I liked to do most was go to school because it was the only time I was able to see my friends in school. I also loved to read and did it all the time. Now I like to go to some of the gatherings we have, preaching, basketball, and family games. In my spare time, when I have it, I listen to music, watch TV, reading spiritual literature, and cross-stitching.

Where did she go to school or work?

For 9th grade I went to Belleview High School and from 10th grade onward I have been home-schooled through FLVS.

Where did she live?

I have lived in Belleview area for this time of my life.
