Hello and welcome to my page. My name is Amanda and I am a Jill of all trades. If you don't know me please add my facebook page AJ's: Fit n Beautiful (not my personal page)thanks! I was named the bodybuilding.com military spokesperson of 2011 and live the fit and clean eating life style daily. After spending 5 years in the Marine Corps as an Arabic Linguist I went to college to receive my bachelors in exercise science. Street credit wise I have done multiple 5ks and fun/mud runs, 1 figure competition and 3 bikini competitions. I am a busy mother of 3 and married to the military, and therefore, I have an intense love for my gym time. I'm certified through AFAA for group fitness- taught areobics/endurance and pilates/yoga and Les Mills Body Pump. I have enjoyed writing the posted assignments as they relate to health and fitness.
