• Make Copy of Medical Records, and Photo ID
• Fax Questionnaire Forms, Fax Cover Sheet, Medical Records, and Photo ID
• Doctor Consultation is setup prescription will be approved or disapproved
• Prescription sent to the pharmacy for filling and shipped to you
