Always heard about this place from my dad, but not sure if I ever went in there as a boy during the family vacations to Arlington. Years later this building was completely gone; it may have already been gone even when I was young.
Owned
by Henry Allen Fidler (son of
Hudson Vauter Fidler) the Green Pig was
roughly across the highway from the
farmhouse, just south of the bridge.
Back when the Green Pig was new you could apparently see it from the
farmhouse, and vice versa. |
