The expected response is a quick "Yes." But what we really want to know is "Should we trust God to bring all of His will down to us?"
Note the remedy: Get to know God by reflecting on His trustworthiness. He made order out of chaos. He is not a God of confusion. He orders the steps of the righteous. He is known as the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob, which means this: He came through for them- He'll come through for you!
The rainbow is a reminder of His covenant.It is colorful with many facets just like His plans & blessings for us are. When all is said & done, God made us. In the first instance He created us from nothing but dirt and then He breathed life into us! At our regeneration He created us a lively hope in Christ! That hope gives us purpose. There are things that you can do that nobody else can.
What would you want to be doing when revival hits? Don't look to the future, the years ahead are NOW. So carry out your behavior as if you are in revival- because the Reviver is in you (if you trust Jesus)! Accept this destination power! Psalm 138:8 says the Lord WILL perfect that which concerns me...(He wills it)!
