Curiosities:
Don's car is a tier 2 SS. This means that it had additional options from SLP that were not standard issue in the SS package. The suspension on this car is a level 1, composed of a Bilstein shock package. The exhaust on this car was was the better flowing option from SLP. In all it gave the SS an increase of 7hp over standard SS bringing the advertised power to 327hp (torque remained unchanged). Cosmetically the exhaust employs 2 tips that have 2 slash cut exits each (2 into one design). Later it was discovered by SLP that there was an error in the advertised hp of this exhaust and it has been rumored that the total horsepower gained is 10 instead of the 7. Also optioned was a short throw Hurst shifter.
