The MIDI files are representations of the music from Wind Walker and will sound quite different from the music on the CD. You must have a MIDI plug-in or Quicktime* to play MIDI files. Check your appropriate browser's home page for plug-ins. Crescendo™ is quite reputable for both the Mac and PC platforms. MIDI files are General MIDI™ type 1 for all of you MIDI people.
The MPEG samples are 30-second stereo samples from the CD. For information on playing MPEG3 files visit MP3.com' s website. If you have Real Player G2 you will be able to play these samples from the G2 Real Player on either Mac (PPC only) or PC platforms.

Her living room is dedicated to the wolf and she wanted a song dedicated to the wolf. This is what michaels' composed as a result. The wolves continue to sing as the Wind Walker sings in return. A powerful composition from michaels relecting the power of nature. This piece is quite wild.

Thunder and lightning precede a great rain and in its passing we return to the rain dance in thanks of our gift from the Great Spirit. The Wind Walker plays homage to the Great Spirit even as the rains pour from the sky. Very peaceful as michaels meant it to be.

Chief Joseph Following his surrender, Chief Joseph spent the rest of his life arguing for the U. S. Government to honor it's promises to repatriate his people. During his celebrated 1879 speech at Lincoln Hall in Washington, D. C. he argued for the same civil liberties granted every American citizen. But Chief Joseph, like the vast majority of Indian People, was to die in exile from his Native Land.*
