Frames should be used only if you know how and where you want them. Try drawing them on a piece of paper and then upload them to see how your effect goes. htmlgoodies.com has good tutorials on frame effects and design. I recommend you go there.


Your (color)scheme can be anything you want it to be. It's just how it looks on the page that should be your concern. Green blue and orange doesn't sound like it matches but if you know how to use it, your page will be great. So basically schemes can be anything, only trick is knowing how to use it.


Don't freaking blast a mp3 or midi when someone just visits your page! Make a starting page and give the visitor a choice!
