SHIPPING
We use USPS Priority Mail and Ground to ship your purchases to you. The charge
for the products is based solely on the weight of the order. Our Standard
charge is $4.99. We charge our standard shipping charges on all exchanged
orders.
SCHOOLS
Please E-mail your order to customerservice@rainbowmagic.com with the Quantity,
Product # and Product Names for the Educational Products that you would like
to order. We will then E-mail you an Invoice. When the Payment is recieved
for the Educational Products they will be shipped.
ORDERS PLACED
Orders are usually shipped the next day, excluding weekends and holidays.
However, if an item you purchased is backordered, , it may take longer (please
check availability). You can expect your order to be delivered within two
weeks.
PRIORITY MAIL
You will receive your purchases within 3-4 days of being shipped.
WARRANTY
Products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice.
We offer refunds or exchanges if the package is returned to us in it's original
condition, unopened software package. Software must be returned within 30
days of purchase. Please avoid returns by checking the Operating System compatibility
information located at the bottom of each product page.
PACKAGING
Box: Full Retail Box.
Jewel: Usually everything but the box.
Sleeve: CD only, usually packaged in a paper sleeve.
OEM: For bundling only
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept most major credit cards. We also give you the option for your order
to be shipped to another location other than the billing address of your credit
card. We may request additional information to verify legitimacy of your order.
TAX
As per goverment regulation, we charge tax on purchases shipped to the state
of New York. We do not charge tax for purchases shipped to any other states.
Customs Duties/Taxes
All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
