Market Opportunity Assessment
Innovax came to InSync with a new idea and the Company’s
goal was to get funding. Innovax needed us to assist with its business
plan and in order to do this well, we had to conduct a market
opportunity assessment. I worked with my boss on this project,
analyzing research, reporting my findings, developing the document
with findings and recommendations.
Business Plan
Once the market opportunity assessment was complete, we
worked on the Innovax Concepts business plan. The process involved
a number of brainstorming sessions in which I took part. Beyond this,
my main task was to find relevant information and supporting statistics
from the market opportunity assessment and insert them in the
appropriate places.
