REASONS FOR THE ATTACK HOME SEARCH PROCESS WHAT THIS MEANS TO ME
These are just a few of the photos I came across while researching the attack:
The USS Shaw At Pearl Harbor.
This memorial to the USS Arizona was designed in 1943 as the first permanent memorial to those lost in the attack. it was built directly over the sunken ship, as can be seen in this photo.
Japanese naval aircraft prepare to take off from an aircraft carrier on the morning of December 7. The plane in view is a "Zero" Fighter.
Pearl Harbor, Hawaii as it is today, the large, circular metal object in the foreground is part of a sunken warship lost in the attack.
