*QUICK VEGETABLE DIP*
Ingredients: 1 package salad dressing mix; 6 ounces cream cheese; 6 tablespoons sour cream
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with a variety of veggies

*RICE CASSEROLE*
Ingredients: 1 can of beef consumme; 1 can of onion soup; 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese; 1 cup of mushrooms; 1/4 pound (1 stick) butter; 1-1/2 cups of rice
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes

*TEXAS POTATOES*
Ingredients: 2 pounds of frozen hash browns, thawed; 1/2 cup of diced onions; 1/2 cup melted butter; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 cup of sour cream; 1 can cream of chicken soup; 1 cup grated cheddar cheese; 1-1/2 cup crushed corn flakes; 1/4 cup of melted butter
Mix together first 8 ingredients and pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together corn flakes and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes
