PAK2000

Program Format - Providers and Kids 2000

The PAK program is held on Los Angeles Unified School District campuses during the regular school year.

How does it work?
The program consists of two sessions of TEN (10) 3-hour workshops.
For the 2000-2001 school year: Session one begins September 2000 and lasts until January 2001.
Session two begins February 2001 and lasts until June 2001.

Who may attend PAK classes?
License Exempt Child Care Providers AND the children in their care.

When are classes held?
Times and days depend on the location. Please contact the program advisor for the location near you.

For the 2000-2001 school year, the Jordan Locke Community Adult School PAK classes meet every other Tuesday afternoon from 2:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.

Are there costs involved? Is transportation provided?
ALL PAK classes are FREE. YES, transportation is provided!
