Treasurer Kal (Ti) Inthasoroth, B.S., C.A.P., is a senior auditor to the Defense Contract Audit Agency and a consultant to contractors regarding government auditing and accounting issues.  He is also chairman and CEO of Communications System International, a provider of long-distance telephone services.  He is experienced in proposal review, cost and pricing data, standard cost accounting, and defective-pricing and incurred-cost audits.  He is a graduate of the University of Hartford (Business Administration) and is a U.S. Department of Defense Certified Acquisition Professional.

President Lenh L. Phouasalith, A.A., B.A., Dip.Pharm., served in the Laotian government for fourteen years, both before and after the establishment of the PDR in 1975--first as bureau chief of the Office of Personnel Administration, Department of Public Health (1966-80), and then as co-director of the Committee responsible for the Pharmaceutical Laboratory of Laos (1972-80).  During that time he also operated an agricultural import-export business.  He is now the president of Liam, Inc., a company with interests in international trade, direct sales, and Thai/Laotian restaurants.  A graduate of Eastern Michigan University (Education), Heald Business College (Computer Science and Accounting), and Vientiane Pharmacy School, Laos, he has been a bilingual teacher in the Detroit, Michigan, public schools and served as a Council member of the International Institute of Metro Detroit.

Secretary Dethoudom (Dom) Sanouvong, B.A., is an independent counselor and consultant to the government of the Lao PDR.  He also serves as production manager at Prime Foods, Inc., and as vice president of Communications System International, a provider of long-distance telephone services.  He has extensive experience in food production and processing operations, quality assurance, and personnel management.  A graduate of the University of Dong Doke, Vientiane, Laos, he serves as a Council member of the Lao Community Association of Maryland, Virginia and D.C.

Vice President William Martin Sloane, B.A., M.A., M.A.R., M.B.A., J.D., LL.M. (Labor), Ph.D., is an attorney at law [Maryland and Pennsylvania Bars] and a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary (Civil Air Patrol).  He has taught business and/or law courses at Elizabethtown College, Millersville University, Mount Saint Mary's University, Saint Francis University, Shippensburg University, Temple University, Widener University School of Law, and Wilson College.  He is board chair of the American College of Counselors, co-chair of the Laotian-American Educational Development Group, past chair of the American Board of Forensic Counselors, and member of the International Academy of Sciences San Marino.
