Had a base on Myrkr when Grand Admiral Thrawn was getting ysalamiri there for Joruus C'baoth. Supposedly wants to stay neutral in the war, but has unoficially gone to the New Republic side. After the previous chief of the organiztion left, Karrde and the other luitenants fought over who should rule. Karrde won.
