I'm attached to you in such a certain way.
That through all my trying won't go away.
But now I'm attached on a different hook.
One for a friendship, for now, have my look.
I'm amazed the way you live life's story.
Living your troubles, withstanding your glory.
The way life seemed to drop so low.
And how you survived to let it know.
That you are the woman, you refuse to leave.
Life is the basket but you make it weave.
That you are it's maker. You are the one.
That passes through life leaving nothing undone.
That's why I'm attached to you in that certain way.
And now matter how much you try, it won't go away.
