• With reference to the report, Pusherman Digital will pay 92% of whatever amount was generated from our consumers’ music; the 8% cut is for our administration work.

• Each company has their own specific technology music format, whether it is iTunes producer (Apple), FTP (not secure), or SFTP (secure). When converting the music format for the technology providers, there are many steps that must followed to ensure your music is properly delivered to retailers. With all formats, a UPC and ISRC code Some of the crucial steps for are as follows:

o A UPC code must be bought. To register for a UPC code, you must pay $750.00 to the Universal Code Council of Minnesota. This code is for a business, which allows over 10,000 products. Since the average independent artist only will deliver at most 5-6 albums, the artist may use our UPC codes. The cost for our UPC codes is $20.00. The purpose of the UPC code is to identify the music to the artist once purchased. This will track album sales and ultimately record revenue for album sales.

• A UPC code provides the following information for soundscan upon purchase of your music: Artist Name, Album Title, Release Date, Parent Label, Sub Label, Format, Selling Price.

o An ISRC code (International Sound Recording Code), must be made. The ISRC code is contained in the subcode of each track or recording. The ISRC code is made up of letters and numbers and is 12 characters in length. The code consists of characters for the country, registrant, year of reference, and designation code separated by dashes. An example of an ISRC code is GB-Z03-01-53900.

• An ISRC code is the permanent identifier for your music and is used for the revenue management of your music upon purchase. ISRC codes are free through our service and we'll do all the reporting of information back to the IFPI/RIAA as part of our service.

o Other information that is needed includes the general album info, such as release date, linear notes, title, genre, and whether the music will be available globally or domestically. Also, whether the album released is catalogue, midline or frontline is vital.

o The album art must be submitted to be displayed on the retailer’s site. This art cover must be in JPEG format with the following dimensions. (600 x 600 pixels w/ 300 DPI).

o The album is then broken down by song, where a 30 second preview time will be allotted for each track to allow the consumer to sample the music.
