Contents, Abstracts and Photocopies Service (CAPS) is an innovative personalised information service provided by INSDOC. A list of over 7500 core journals in various disciplines have been identified. Select from this list (available free, on request) the journals of your choice. Send it to us and you will receive at your door step every month, the table of contents from each of your chosen journals (15 to individuals and 30 to institutional subscribers). After going through the table of contents, you can obtain the abstract or full text of desired articles through INSDOC's Document Copy Supply Service. Annual Subscription Charges: |

2. STANDING ORDER ABSTRACTS SERVICE (SOAS) SOAS is a personalised information service designed by INSDOC for Libraries, R&D Information Centres and Individuals. The service provides access to expensive foreign journals at a very low cost. On your subscribing to any of the journals given in the list (available free, on request), INSDOC will send you print outs of the first page of all the articles in the journal. The first page normally gives the article title, abstract, introduction and author's address. On the basis of this information you can subsequently obtain the complete article you are particularly interested in through INSDOC's Document Copy Supply Service on very nominal charges. 3. FULL TEXT JOURNAL SERVICE (FTJS) FTJS is a cost-effective way of acquiring full text of important but expensive and difficult to obtain foreign journals. When you take subscription to any of the journals from the list (available free, on request) you'll be getting laser printouts of all the articles in all the issues in a given year, neatly bound. 7. BIBLIOGRAPHY/LITERATURE SEARCH SERVICE INSDOC offers indigenous databases available on its online host system for public access. There are presently five databases available on the host system for online access. The databases have been created by INSDOC or by other organisations and ported on to INSDOC's system for online access. In addition to indigenous databases, INSDOC also has access to a host of international databases. These include database vendors like DIALOG AND STN.
