Shallot are green onions but look bigger and are not as strong in spice. You can use green onions if you wish.
1. Preheat oven to 400, Heat a baking pan for 3 minutes in butter and olive oil. When done place the shallots, squash and sage leaves in the pan and let it roast for 15 minutes.
2. Raise oven temp. to 425, make your pizza dough.
3.On your dough add the tomato sauce, spoon the shallot, sqash and sage mixture ove the sauce.
4. Arrange slices of mozzarella cheese and goats cheese all around the pizza. Add salt and pepper if desired and cook in the 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.
