Ford Cork Week (15th to 21st July) Report

General feeling among Sigma 38 sailors at Cork "Good sailing,good parties,good sun." The winds were feeble but ever present and filled in for the final race, the coastal on Friday.The mini offshore race on sunday through monday was a test for many crews and one skipper was overhead saying "well everyone in the fleet led at one stage in the race".The boats had rendez vous all over the course as winds died and picked up again.when the wind did pick up a number of boats would speed off like greyhounds out of the trap.Results (unavailable at time of posting can be found on the Ford Cork Week Website.
