Introduction

The purpose of this site is to monitor my experiences in Nepal where I will be serving as a Peace Corps volunteer and high school teacher in a rural village. I am leaving for Nepal on June 18, 1999 and am scheduled to return in the fall of 2001. During that time, photos and letters will be added to this site as I send them home to my family.

Air mail will take an estimated 2-4 weeks to arrive. (Write "Air Mail" on the envelope.) Although it's more expensive than regular mail, it is recommended that you use air mail. Otherwise, your mail may take several months to reach its destination.
