Color Casting
Color casting uses a scrap of cloth or a bit of silk with a color on it that
the mage is attuned to. The player decides upon this color. Now, The color
has to have physical contact with the caster in order for him to concentrate
on it, and it has to be within sight of the caster, also.
WP cost for color casting is reduced by lvl#+1.
