or "exercise" centre -- so there are no distracting
clanging of weights, playing children, or loud music. We often have soft music
playing, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
At Delhi Yoga we teach

aerobics -- they are disciplines which can help you feel better in all aspects

every body. We can show you how to modify moves and poses to fit your

is uncomfortable for you, delhi yoga will take the
time to show you how to modify it, or we can recommend a different movement or
pose that will give the same results.

A central premise in yoga is "everything is connected." That's clear when
looking at the health and fitness benefits of yoga that have long been reported
by practitioners and are now being confirmed by scientific research.

STRESS RELIEF.
Delhi Yoga reduces the physical effects of stress on the body. By encouraging
relaxation, yoga helps to lower the levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
Related benefits include lowering blood pressure and heart rate, improving
digestion and boosting the immune system as well as easing symptoms of
conditions such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, asthma and insomnia.
