Conclusion
In addition to gaining an appreciation for how digital cameras are a part of our lives and culture, we learned how physics makes it all possible. From the solar panel-like cells that convert light into electrical charges to the mixing of light to create images, digital cameras are full of physics. Refraction and optics are involved because digital camears use a lens, whose focal point is crucial in making a photo. Physics is present in the computers that turn the electrical charges into data, and so forth. A digital camera is dependent upon physics. The technology of transferring the image created by the refraction of light to a set of electric impulses has made it easier for us to record events. The physics of it is easy enough to understand, but it’s made such a difference to the way we share our memories. Digital cameras are not a necessity for life, but having them improves the life of people. From the research that we have done we have learned how this simple technology can brighten the day of another. Digital cameras have made our day-to-day relationships and our world better.
