1/2 cup soy sauce (preferably Tamari or Shoyu)
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1/2 cup green onions sliced thinly
1 tsp. peeled and minced fresh ginger
1 tsp. garlic minced
1/2 tsp jalapeno pepper minced or wasabi powder
Mix all together and serve with your favorite stir fry

BBQ sauce
1/2 gallon orange juice
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup Turbinado sugar or brown sugar
1 Tbs. molassas
pinch of salt
In a sauce pan over medium heat reduce the OJ down to 1 cup then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until blended.

Au Gratin Sauce
Spice mix:
1-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
3 Tsp. salt
1 Tbs. onion granuals
1 Tbs. paprika
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. ground dill seed
Blend this mix in a blender until it is combined and somewhat powdery and set aside.
Then in a blender mix the rest of these ingredients along with 1/2 cup of the spice mix until completely mixed
1/2 cup water
2 Tsp. olive oil
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
3 Tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. kelp powder
2 cloves of garlic
Add 1 Tsp. of parsley flakes and stir in.
