Sioux Land Informational Group for the Blind is a private, not for profit, 501, C-3 corporation licensed in the state of Iowa. Since we are also a dues-free organization, we rely on funding sources for our operating expenses and support services.

Our members participate in several fund raising activities each year. We promote ourselves by selling popcorn, raffle tickets and weather-alert radios. We apply for community and regional grants. With all of this effort on our members part, we still rely, largely, on private and organizational donations. All donations of cash, in kind and services are tax deductible according to current tax statutes.

Sioux Land Informational Group for the Blind accepts donations of cash. We also are in need of used, outdated, but useable, computer equipment and devices for access by our members.
