Immortals

These are People that have stood out throughout time and that is why they are considered "Immortals".

Imhotep

Imhotep lived in the 27th Century B.C. and followed in his fathers footsteps by becoming an architect. Entrusted with the task of constructing a tomb for King Zoser. The young architect broke with tradition and built the "Step Pyramid" at 200 high and the oldest monument of hewn stone known to the world. He was soon worshipped as a magician and physician and as the son of Ptah, and temples were built in his honor. These temples became gathering places for the sick who prayed and slept there while awaiting magical cures.

Seti

Widely considered one of the Greatest Kings of the 19th Dynasty. Seti led his army in a campaign to regain some of the prestige Egypt lost under previous Pharaohs. A "Quality of Life" leader, he ordered the repair of crumbling shrines and temples, the opening of mines and the digging of news wells. He also made his son, future Pharaoh Ramses II, run 2 miles before breakfast every morning. Seti ruled until his death in 1304 B.C. His is the most imposing tomb in the Valley of the Kings.
