Motions by the Board of Directors:
INTERNAL BOARD MEETING: Tuesday, 31 August, 2004
A motion was made by Jerry Martin to purchase a chipper for the
Association. The Motion was seconded by John Green.
The motion passed 4/3/1
OPEN BOARD MEETING: Tuesday, 17 August, 2004
A motion was made by Terrance Zich to authorize Phil Wells to
regulate a reduction in fees in order to aggressively market the
clubhouse. The motion was seconded by Wally Peacock.
The motion passed unanimously.
A second motion was made by Nick Blount to authorize $1,000 for the
upgrading of tables at the clubhouse in order to enhance the
marketability of same with the stipulation that the tables are to be
kept inside the clubhouse and not used for other events that would
substantially depreciate the value/appearance of them. The motion
was seconded by George Muchin.
The motion passed 5/1.
