Purpose:

In order that Lake Wildwood will have and maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment, The Environmental Control (ECC) Committee must coordinate, or cause to be coordinated, the building and maintenance of all structures and lots within the subdivision and ensure, or cause to be ensured, the compliance of developers, builders, and property owners with the CC&Rs.

Meeting Schedule:

The ECC committee meets every first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse, unless it falls on a holiday.
