During my employment with New Horizons, I have served as a Technical Applications Instructor and Supervisor in the Applications department. My responsibilities include instruction to clients ranging from all levels of HTML to popular graphics applications. As an Instructor with New Horizons, I have maintained a 98% rating on my class evaluations submitted by students that attended my classes. As an Applications Supervisor I have managed a staff of 10 to 15 instructors. Responsibilities for the position include classroom supervision, handling of all scheduling of classes and training of all new instructors, and working with instructors to constantly improve their classroom performance.

Printing and Graphics Technology Instructor

During my employment at Augusta Technical Institute, I have served as an Instructor in the Printing and Graphics Technology Program. The responsibilities of this position include instruction and supervision of 30+ students in the field of Graphic Design and basic printing procedures. In addition, I was responsible for instruction of Health and Safety in the printing industry and Statistical process control training. I also served as Faculty Advisor for the ICON (Image Communication Organization Network) Club for printing and graphic art student Along with instruction, I am responsible for overseeing a large majority of the design work for the in-house print shop at Augusta Technical Institute.

During my employment at Recycler, I have served as Production Manager for IWANTA "Capitol to the Coast" Classified Ads Magazine. I was responsible for the layout and the production of all display advertisements and the pagination of the magazine, as well as supervision of the telemarketing staff. Later, I worked with IWANTA "Aiken-Augusta" Edition, but retained the same responsibilities. I worked closely with the sales staff in planning and establishing advertisement sales objectives. I also worked closely with the printer to diagnose and solve any printing problems that occur during the production of the magazine.

During my employment at Dixie Narco, I became skilled in the operation and set-up of CNC Brake Press equipment in the plant.
