Georgia Heartland Humane Society was founded in 1996 based on the concept that all life is scared and that even companion animals have the right to a painfree and peaceful existence. Dedicated to this therory, Georgia Heartland strives to end the suffering for companion animals in our community by rescuing abused, abandoned, and unwanted animals, giving them a chance to find loving and permanent homes of their own. By providing food, shelter and medical care to the pets of low income residents, ensuring to that they have a comfortable life. And by providing low cost spay/neuter for residents who qualify for goverment assistancece.
