Our company was an outgrowth of necessity. We were involved in the manufacture of Concrete Pipe, 4 inch drain tiles for field lines in septic systems.

Our original company was established in 1946. For several months, our founders experimented with different methods of manufacturing Septic Tanks.

Our company purchased the plans and manufacturing rights of a design for Precast Concrete Tanks from a company in Murfreesboro, tennessee.

We improved on this design, and also built and marketed Precast Grease Traps, Distribution Boxes, and fittings for outlet and inlet tees for these concrete tanks.

In 1961, we incorporated our company ( Concrete Equipment, Inc. ). Due to the fact that a competitor had almost the same name in a neighboring state, we registered a Trade Name. We added D/B/A Cook & Ingle Equipment Co. to our name.

We continued manufacturing Concrete Products under the name of Cook & ingle Products, Inc.

In 1982, the firm was aquired completly by Jack H Cole.

We are located in Dalton Georgia as we have always been. Due to recent changes in the specifications adopted by several states, we have redesigned our precast Tank Forms>
