Here's the "ultimate link" on all the Web for the care of Eastern Box Turtles. Even though this is not a "Joe Link", I agree with it a HUNDRED PERCENT! After much searching, this site covers all the aspects on the PROPER care of this often very beautiful and delicate species, and "hits" the same points I've noticed MYSELF in all my years of experience - such as feeding on wet mornings, daylight/temperature...... and all other aspects of keeping these solitary creatures comfortably, as well as excellent tips on hatching the eggs!
